BFJ prepares market analyses for private and public sector clients who need to test the feasibility of their real estate projects. The firm evaluated potential markets for a 900- acre project site located three miles from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, in Trenton, Maine. BFJ analyzed several potential markets: seasonal and year-round housing; a golf course community; and RV camping and hotel/retail uses. The study determined that year-round housing, particularly marketed to nearby employers, was the most feasible real estate type. BFJ designed several conceptual plans to illustrate site development options.
