BFJ has completed a number of major master plans such as the master plan for the 1,300 acre Stonehill Village. The firm’s planning and design services included the development of detailed plans for the Village Center area, located adjacent to a neighborhood of existing housing and centered on a landscaped green. The Village Center will function as the social and commercial heart of the community and will accommodate retailers, restaurants, and housing. In addition, the primary open spaces relate to an historic barn that now serves as the recreation center for the community.
