Tina Lund, AICP

Principal

Tina Lund has over 15 years of experience in economic and socioeconomic analysis focusing on comprehensive development strategies and impact assessments. Her recent projects include a survey of tech and creative businesses for the Brooklyn Tech Triangle in Brooklyn NY; an assessment of the Rural Creative Class in western Pennsylvania; and a Downtown Market Study in New Canaan, CT. Ms. Lund has taught at Pratt Institute and lectured at New York University's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She is Vice President of Professional Development for the American Planning Association's New York Metro Chapter and she holds a Bachelor of Art from Grinnell College.
