Susan Favate, BFJ Planning, presented a draft Environmental Review Inventory (ERI) at a public hearing. The Board unanimously approved the ERI which will amend the borough's Master Plan.

Susan Favate, BFJ principal, presented the Red Bank Council with a technical report aligning Red Bank's Master Plan with the State Plan, which will help the Borough access funding opportunities for smart growth. Several capital projects consistent with the Master Plan have been allocated funding for implementation. BFJ Planning completed Red Bank Borough's Master Plan in 2023.

BFJ is the lead consultant for the New York Forward program in North Bellport, which was awarded $4.5 million for revitalization.

BFJ Planning is currently working with Middletown Township, NJ to update their Master Plan. Middletown residents had the opportunity to express their opinions on the progress of the Master Plan at a workshop on June 12.
