mily Tolbert has a diverse background in planning, historic preservation, and academia. She has experience in comprehensive planning, environmental planning, and zoning regulations. Ms. Tolbert is involved in all aspects of the planning process including project management, GIS analysis and mapping, research and writing, and public outreach. Prior to BFJ, Ms. Tolbert was the Assistant Director of Columbia University’s Graduate Urban Planning programs, worked in other architecture and planning firms, and managed an architectural photography studio.
