Thomas Madden is an urban planner and economic developer with more than 25 years of experience in land use, economic development, environmental and transportation planning in the public and private sector. Prior to joining BFJ, Mr. Madden held several cabinet level positions with municipalities including Director of Economic Development for the City of Stamford, CT and Commissioner of the Department of Community Development and Conservation for the Town of Greenburgh, NY. Prior to this, he worked for the Westchester County Planning Department, Maricopa County Department of Transportation and several private consulting firms.
